As a Partnerships & Project Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in securing funding, coordinating cutting-edge R&D projects, and fostering collaboration across industry, academia, and government bodies. What You’ll Do
Lead Proposal Efforts
* Identify relevant public and private funding opportunities.
* Drive full proposal lifecycle—gathering input from engineering, software, algorithm, and finance teams.
* Manage contributions from external collaborators to ensure high-quality, timely submissions.
Support Proposal Development
* Write and refine funding proposals, incorporating both technical detail and strategic messaging.
* Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and persuasively for varied stakeholders.
Coordinate Projects
* Manage major hardware-focused R&D projects post-funding.
* Track milestones, deliverables, and compliance with reporting obligations.
* Facilitate strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
Serve as a Key Liaison
* Act as the main point of contact for funding agencies, partners, and evaluators.
* Maintain clear, consistent communication to keep projects aligned and progressing.
Who You Are
* Degree in science, engineering, public policy, or a related field.
* Experience in quantum technologies, advanced R&D, or deeptech sectors.
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to translate technical content for diverse audiences.
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
* Located in or willing to relocate to Munich.
* Experience coordinating publicly funded R&D or innovation projects.
* Familiarity with EU and German funding frameworks (e.g., Horizon Europe, BMBF, DLR, IPCEI, NATO DIANA).
* Proficiency with grant platforms, reporting tools, and budget tracking.
* Background in managing multi-stakeholder consortia or cross-disciplinary teams.
* Exposure to start-up ecosystems, tech transfer, or public-private partnerships.
