As the latest member of the Sales & Service group your will be at the heart of Market Intelligence for Aftersales. In this position you will play a critical role in parts and Accessories sales and profitability growth.
We want you to:
* In deep analysis of Parts/UIO and Acc/NCS performance in order to identify best practices by product group and sales channel.
* Evaluate through analysis the feasibility of alternative commercial targets e.g.: Profitability matrix/KPI’s.
* Manage the monthly P&A Sales & Profit reporting cycle with markets.
* Support NSC’S Commercial Strategy by providing tailored recommendations to implement in their 2024 Commercial Business Planning.
* P&A target calculation and support during the negotiations with the markets.
* Prepare and distribute the markets their monthly P&A Performance Report.
* Contribute to the preparation of 4 quarterly P&A Executive Summaries.
* Analyze status of Commercial Structure & Strategy from G11 Markets and top Distributor Markets.
* Conduct market analysis, both financial data, key performance indicators and the profitability streams of the business.
* Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
* Gather information and conduct initial analysis, process the analysis into a useful summary. Provide sound business observations and rationale to support and improve NSC profitability.
* Generate new reports to support team / department objectives and decision-making.
About you:
* University Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related position or specialization
* Good analytical and strong communication skills
* Good presentation skills
* experienced Excel user
* Fluency in English is mandatory and other languages are an advantage
