Your mission
Join our team to bring local trade marketing initiatives to life
In this role, you'll collaborate with sales teams and key accounts to boost in-store performance and drive sell-out at retailers and e-tailers. You'll implement impactful local plans, track results at the point of sale (POS), and make data-driven improvements.
You'll work closely with our sales team and customers, reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager DACH.
Key responsibilities
* Implement and monitor local go-to-market activities aligned with EU brand, marketing, and sales strategies.
* Drive in-store performance by setting up and executing initiatives (POS materials, store placement, retailer staff engagement, portfolio visibility) in collaboration with sales teams, the Trade Marketing Manager, and the EU Trade Marketing team.
* Partner with internal sales teams to maximize short- and long-term reach, impact, and sales across online and offline channels.
* Support annual COOP plans with top accounts to promote our portfolio and upcoming product launches.
* Ensure a continuous flow of market insights and feedback from sales organizations, retailers, and consumers to contribute to the development of EU tools and strategies.
* Analyze the impact of implemented plans and tools, using insights to optimize future performance.
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related.
* 0-2 years of relevant Marketing experience.
* Solution and result driven.
* Entrepreneurial, confident, and driven, with plenty of energy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
* Experience with high end brands and/or retail is a strong plus.
* Full time availability.

What we offer
* A yearly gross salary up to €45K based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
* You will receive a permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
* You are eligible for a 13th month salary and holiday allowance every year.
* The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
* The annual leave entitlements consist of 27 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
* Extensive retirement plan.
* Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required.
