We analyze your profile and coach you objectively through the application process.Job DescriptionAs Competence Center Leiter (m / w / d) Consulting Banken, you will lead a team of consultants both technically and disciplinarily, building it up gradually alongside client projects. You possess a solid understanding of banking processes and their IT support through application software.Your leadership role includes an attractive compensation model, achievable/exceedable targets, and high appreciation in flat hierarchies.Summary of your tasks and responsibilities:Assuming leadership responsibility for a team of consultants, building it up gradually alongside client projects.Active development of your team members and their project business.Leading consulting projects, e.g., in digitalizing banking processes such as sales channels (including online banking), payments, building savings, investments, securities / advisory, trading, clearing and settlement, reference and market data management, regulatory compliance (MaRisk, Basel III, KWG reporting), and optimizing business processes and organizations in banking from a business perspective.Moderating (client) workshops.Direct client contact and interface functions with business units and IT.Strategic client development, technical and professional support of sales activities, and pre-sales activities.Expanding, maintaining, and nurturing new and existing partner relationships aiming for high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Confident communication with decision-makers and extensive experience in pre-sales activities.Willingness to travel.EmployerOur client is a highly awarded employer and one of the most successful IT service providers in the German-speaking region, with over 10,000 employees across more than 60 locations.
