We are Seeking a Construction Manger to Join our Data Centre team in Germany.
Reporting to the Project Director, the Construction Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. The Project Manager provides leadership to project teams, manages client and stakeholder relationships, and ensures compliance with all contractual, regulatory and company requirements.

Project Delivery
~ Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with agreed programme, budget and specifications • Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions • Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required • Ensure resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved • Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators
Quality, Safety and Compliance
• Implement and monitor project-specific quality plans, method statements and inspection regimes
• Support audits, inspections and reviews to maintain compliance and continuous improvement
Commercial and Contract Management
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and project cash flow
• Support tendering and bid processes where required
Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and professional development
• Act as the key point of contact for project-related queries, decisions and escalations
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion
Excellent understanding of project delivery processes including scheduling, cost control and quality management
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience delivering projects in sectors such as life sciences, data centres, infrastructure or commercial constructio
Understanding of digital project delivery tools including BIM and project management software
Commercial awareness including contract law and cost management principles
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in project management within a Tier 1 construction or engineering environment
Postgraduate qualification in project management or business management
Training in lean construction, digital project delivery or sustainability practices
