As a working student d/f/m in the Battery Software & Controls Team, you will actively support our developers in documenting, organizing, and streamlining key aspects of the software and controls development process for Battery Power Plants. You’ll be involved in a variety of activities to enhance team organization and knowledge transfer, including documentation, report creation, presentations, graphics, and processes alignment. You’ll promote the use of Confluence as a documentation platform and contribute to the daily activities of a highly collaborative team.
About the role
* Supporting the team with development documentation.
* Updating template documents and presentations.
* Migrating documentation to the Confluence platform.
* Assisting with the organization of tickets and tasks using the Jira platform.
* Suggesting improvements for documentation processes and structures.
* Collecting and organizing data and Information.
* Supporting the team in organizational matters.
Job requirements and experience
* Enrolled student in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Business fluent in English.
* Strong communication and excellent writing skills.
* Well-organized, with high attention to Detail.
* Adaptable for a fast pace environment and proactive problem-solver.
* Committed to collaboration and able to work independently and reliably.
Advantageous, but not essential
* German.
