The "District Energy Solutions" group develops energy concepts at the district level (electricity, heat, and mobility) and evaluates them using mathematical optimization models. In our projects, we use interactive websites, among other tools, to present our research findings. We are currently seeking your support as a working student to help us create visually appealing and user-friendly visualizations.
Be part of change
* Development of mockups for a web tool and incorporation of feedback from the team
* Programming the mockups into a user-friendly dashboard
* Integration into existing programming work
What you contribute
* Current studies in computer science, media design, communication design, media informatics, or a related field
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Python
* Experience with corporate design and creating consistent layouts, UX design, and visualizing large amounts of data
* A meticulous, structured, and reliable work ethic
* Ideally, basic knowledge of Streamlit and versioning with Git
* Ideally, initial experience in working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Typo3, or similar)
