For our department Digital Exp.Product Management within General Services, we are looking for a (an):
UX Designer (m/f/x)
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive, impactful user experiences.
* Design information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for digital products.
* Lead the design of new experiences and enhancements to existing ones, from requirements gathering through to implementation, ensuring close collaboration with the development team.
* Champion accessibility, mobile-first design, and user empathy throughout the design process.
* Conduct UX research to uncover user needs and validate design solutions.
* Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and research findings into the design process to continuously improve the user experience.
* Benchmark competitors and stay current with UX and design trends.
* Ensure a consistent user interface and experience by creating, implementing, and maintaining the design system.
* Clearly and persuasively communicate design rationale to teammates, stakeholders, and senior executives.
* Advocate for and evangelize design best practices across the company.
Profile
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in user experience design.
* Experience in conducting user research methodologies (both quantitative and qualitative).
* Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.
* Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
* Familiarity with design frameworks such as Material Design is a plus.
* HTML/CSS coding knowledge is a plus.
