As a digital entertainment company, EA’s enterprise technology needs are diverse and span across game development, workforce collaboration, marketing, publishing, player experience, security, and corporate activities. You must be fluent in German for this role
You will provide daily technical support to EA studios on endpoints including Windows and Mac desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
Support latest game consoles and meeting rooms technologies.
Deploy and support operating systems and client software, including Windows, macOS, Office 365, game development software using MDT, MS Intune, Jamf or Tanium, Filers.
Participate/manage in local IT projects, and deliver global/regional IT projects in the sites.
Purchase IT hardware/software for the studio, manage and track IT assets.
Support studio employees hybrid work models.
You will report to Madrid’s Site IT Manager.
1/2 years of experience in an IT support role
~ We are looking for candidates with experience supporting and troubleshooting endpoints, game consoles and meeting room technologies including Windows Workstation OS, macOS, Zoom, Slack, Google Drive and Office 365 suite.
~ Native or fluent German and fluent in written and spoken English skills, being global teams.
~ Passionate to grow in IT tech areas and willing to take challenges.
