Job Description
* Responsible for developing the local energy storage market, including market information collection and analysis, organizing or participating in overseas exhibitions, following up with key potential customers, supporting the development of channel key customers, supervising policy implementation, supervising payment collection, and strictly controlling risks.
* Achieve annual sales targets and market development goals, and attain profit objectives.
* Lead business negotiations with customers, handle disputes, and ensure both parties reach an agreement and sign contracts.
* Collect market information on competitors and provide regular feedback to relevant teams.
* Maintain customer relationships.
* Manage the team, focusing on member ability development and performance improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above; majors in mechanical, electrical, management, marketing, etc., are preferred.
* Over 8 years of sales experience in the new energy market, with more than 3 years in the energy storage industry; experience with energy storage resources is preferred.
* Familiar with import/export trade procedures and possess strong ability to develop overseas markets.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills, clear logical thinking, and good driving force.
* Excellent at managing internal and external relations, understanding basic business etiquette, and able to independently handle customer visits.
Language requirement: Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
