Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external systems. Cloud Expertise: Work extensively with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, optimizing their functionalities for business requirements. Best Practices & Security: Ensure adherence to Salesforce Governor limits, best practices for secure coding, and performance optimization techniques. Deployment & Version Control: Manage deployments using change sets, Metadata API, ANT-based tools, and version control systems like Git. Upskilling & Innovation: Continuously learn new Salesforce features and updates, ensuring the adoption of the latest technologies Ideal Candidate What We ll Expect - MUST HAVES: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development (6 years overall IT experience). Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Visualforce. Integration Experience: Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs. Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Governance & Security: Familiarity with Salesforce Governor limits, security best practices, and performance optimization. Deployment Experience: Proficiency in using Metadata API, ANT-based tools, Git, or similar code management tools for deployments.
