In this position, you will serve as the technical spearhead for our in-service fleet. You will combine in-depth electrical engineering expertise with the stringent regulatory requirements of the aviation industry. The start date would be April 1, 2026.

Your tasks
10. Project management in service: You assume the main responsibility as a project engineer for service projects and ensure technical integrity.
11. Technical Support & Optimization: You will support management with complex complaints and drive the continuous improvement of our existing products.
12. Interface management: You coordinate cooperation with international suppliers and assess technical feasibility, taking costs and time into account.
13. Compliance & Documentation: Creation and analysis of technical documentation (construction documents, qualification reports) in accordance with the relevant aviation standards (e.g. EASA Part 21J/G).
14. Construction & Design: Independent implementation of changes to the electrical installation as well as adaptation of parts lists and production drawings.
15. System integration: You define and verify installation conditions for wiring and electronic devices in the aircraft.
Your profile
We are looking for a professional who feels at home in the regulated world of aviation and understands complex electrical systems.
16. Education: Studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification.
17. Industry experience: Several years of professional experience in the aviation industry is essential, especially in the area of in-service support or design engineering.
18. Tools: Solid knowledge of CATIA V5 (ideally Electrical Harness Design).
19. Regulatory expertise: You are confident in handling aviation-specific requirements for electrical integration (e.g., EWIS guidelines).
20. Soft skills: Structured work style, analytical thinking and the ability to communicate confidently in German and English in international matrix teams.
