Furthermore, you design tailored change-management strategies for strategic projects and bespoke requests, and support their hands‑on implementation.
Additionally, you create and deliver initiatives that make company culture tangible and empower people to own and sustain change.
Lastly, you contribute to a global mindset while acting locally to drive meaningful transformation.
master’s degree in psychology, economics, or a related field with extensive experience as a freelance or inhouse change management consultant
ideally, a qualification in (systemic) consulting or coaching
teamplayer with strong communication skills in German and English
creative, solution-oriented, and resilient with a hands-on mentality
proficient in MS PowerPoint and open to digital solutions

We have 30 vacation days/year (full-time), additional time off options and a 37.5-hour week.
Employees aged 57 and over receive 2.5 hours/week of additional time off, while employees working shifts are entitled to this from the age of 55.
