* Assume overall responsibility for cutover management for multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects
* Lead central function for cutover management globally for multiple SAP deployment projects
* Collaborate with the corporate IT team and hubs to ensure that the cutover plans are synchronized with parallel cutovers regarding timelines & conflict resolution
* Provide guidance on methodology for cutover management to project members in Hub IT cross streams and establish methodological guardrails
* Develop high-level cutover plan templates (incl. dry-runs, contingency planning, etc.) and manage/mitigate risks for multiple roll-ins
* Report on global cutover status to and resolve arising challenges in close collaboration with program steering functions
* Ensure documentation (incl. lessons learned) and guidance for subsequent cutovers
* Proven experience with cutover management in the context of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff and external vendors / partners
* Proven ability to lead technical resources regarding functional topics
* Willingness to travel for business occasionally
* Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
