In the course of succession at the earliest possible date we are now looking for a driven and visionary Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to lead our Entertainment Systems Team (B2B) in the ProAudio division at our headquarters in Rellingen. Join the Sound of Innovation – Become Yamaha’s next: Manager (m/f/d) Sales & Marketing Entertainment Systems, Pro Audio Division In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow Yamaha’s presence in the live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets across Central and East Europe. You will lead a motivated team, drive regional business development, and ensure alignment with Yamaha’s global strategy. Your duties: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Yamaha’s Entertainment ProAudio portfolio (digital mixing consoles, processors, switches, amps, speakers, etc.) Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across the territories (DACH, BeNeLux, Baltics, CEE, and Export countries) Be an active part of the European Leadership Team and collaborate across regions, departments and externally with key channel partners, integrators, and rental companies Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives in cooperation with the European marketing team Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities Represent Yamaha at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, service, and international sales and marketing teams The ideal candidate: has proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry has strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications holds a university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification and has developed excellent skills in the relevant fields of competence has shown leadership qualities in international teams and is willing to motivate and inspire people is a strategic worker with a hands-on mentality is an authentic communicator being able to bridge cultures is familiar with Salesforce (CRM system) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP system) and able to analyze data and KPI is looking to challenge traditional ways of working and making progress for his/her team is willing to accept changing working hours and commuting is willing to travel across Europe has fluent German and English language skills We offer: An internationally active company that is characterized by sustainable action for the environment, customers and employees A competitive, attractive product range An international, committed team with a strong team spirit Work-life balance through a 38.5-hour week, our flextime model and the option of mobile working 30 days of paid leave per year Fair remuneration based on collective agreements including Christmas and holiday bonuses plus performance-related bonuses Possibility of a company pension scheme Subsidy for public transport Individual training opportunities Contact: If you are interested in this position, please submit your application including your earliest possible start date and salary expectations via our online application form.
