Requirements Masteru2019s degree in Natural Science or Engineering and completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (Sicherheitsfachkraft / SiFa) or an equivalent legally recognized certification enabling fulfillment of statutory responsibilities in Germany Proven leadership and changeu2011management capabilities, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive safetyu2011culture transformation in complex organizational environments Strong project management skills, particularly in coordinating crossu2011functional safety or CAPEXu2011related projects and ensuring structured, onu2011time execution Handsu2011on operational experience in Occupational Safety, ideally gained in production, manufacturing, chemical, logistics, or other highu2011risk industrial environments.
