* Professional experience in global marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
* Proven experience working with international teams or in foreign subsidiaries
* Strong expertise in digital marketing and high affinity for AI-driven tools
* Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
* Excellent analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities
