Internship Communication
Missions :
What you’ll do ( Main duties) :
Support the team in executing internal and external communication initiatives across channels and formats
Editorial & Content Production
Contribute to the planning and production of the company’s internal magazine (topic coordination, interviews, writing, and visual layout support)
Draft, write, and edit content for internal and external communication channels
Prepare and design communication materials (presentations, website content, brochures, press materials, mailings)
Adapt and format content for different audiences and communication platforms
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and coordinate content inputs Audio-Visual & Multimedia
Produce photo and video content for internal and external communication purposes (filming, editing, post-production)
Contribute creative ideas and develop multimedia storytelling formats for digital platforms
Create visual assets for internal and external communication use
Monitoring & Team Support
Help monitor engagement and performance of published content
Provide operational and administrative support to the Corporate Communications team as needed
Profil requis:
What we’re looking for (Required Profile):
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; French and/or German required (written and spoken)
Solid writing and editorial abilities, including drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting content across digital and print channels
Proven creative-production skills: ability to create graphical and audio-visual content, including filming, editing, and post-production (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
Confident in taking ownership of tasks and contributing ideas proactively
Recognised for precision, reliability, and attention to detail
Well-developed interpersonal skills and a collaborative, professional mindset
Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
Please note that this job is open for an apprenticeship of 1 year minimum
