Business Development Manager - Thermal Industry
Calderys, a global solution provider for high-temperature industries, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the thermal industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development, preferably within the foundry/thermal industry or industrial minerals. A degree in a related field, such as foundry/thermal technology, is desirable but not mandatory.
We are looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Value-In-Use approach and be able to implement it effectively.
The role involves providing technical and commercial support to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing and maintaining customer relationships. You will also be responsible for preparing and executing trials with new and existing customers, conducting presentations, and defining and developing customer-specific products and suitable formulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Technical and commercial support for foundry/thermal customers
* Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities
* Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships
* Preparation and execution of trials with new and existing customers
* Conducting presentations and defining customer-specific products
* Technical and commercial benchmarking against competitive products
Requirements:
* Experience in sales and business development, preferably within the foundry/thermal industry or industrial minerals
* Degree in foundry/thermal technology or similar (desirable)
* Self-motivation and result orientation
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong understanding of the Value-In-Use approach
* Ability to travel domestically and partially abroad
