The Archdiocese of Freiburg is looking for a permanent position in the Archdiocesan Ordinariate at the earliest possible date with a scope of employment of 100 percent (39.5 hours per week) for a

IT PROJECT MANAGER (f/m/d)

for the Archbishop's Ordinariate


YOUR TASKS WILL BE

* Independent management of IT projects
* Creation of product & project plans with regular updates and communication of project progress
* Creation and maintenance of project documentation, records and reports
* Carrying out requirements analyses in close coordination with specialist departments and diocesan institutions
* Development of technical solution concepts based on the requirements
* Coordination and coaching of all members of the project teams
* Compliance with all specifications (cost, time, quality, scope, benefit, risk) within the specified tolerances
* Technical review of project plans & procurement applications


YOU BRING WITH YOU

* Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable training with many years of practical experience & demonstrable knowledge
* We welcome professional experience in project management, but this is not a prerequisite
* You are familiar with management methods such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, etc
* You enjoy communicating and have a hands-on mentality
* Identify with the goals and values of the Catholic Church
