Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the plant-based protein industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the food ingredients or related industries.
* Strong knowledge of the plant-based protein market and trends.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
