As a (Senior) Manager – Automotive Production Digitalization (f/m/x), you will be part of our Automotive Practice, take on professional responsibility, lead teams, and strategically develop topics. You will identify and develop leads with existing and potential new clients.
Your Responsibilities as (Senior) Manager
* Project Management: Independent project steering, including internal resource planning and task delegation, considering individual and collective goals.
* Expanding accilium’s Service Portfolio: Identify new areas of expertise and build networks by actively representing accilium in the market with relevant content.
* Presentation & Facilitation: Deliver presentations, moderate discussions, and lead workshops – both internally and externally with clients and at events.
* Continuous Development: Drive professional growth by identifying problems and developing creative solution concepts.
* Active Coaching: Support team members’ development through knowledge sharing and creating an environment for rapid professional and career growth.
* Trusted Advisor: Act as a sparring partner and thought leader for clients at top management and executive level.
What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits:
* Monthly gross salary starting at € 7,917 (Manager) / € 10,000 (Senior Manager)
* Performance bonus of up to € 12,500 (Manager/ € 25,000 (Senior) Manager annually

What You Should Bring
* 5–8 years of experience in strategy or management consulting.
* Leadership experience and proven track record in project and client acquisition, plus a strong network in the mobility sector (automotive).
* Excellent knowledge of automotive production and logistics processes.
* Experience delivering digitalization projects in the production environment of an automotive OEM or supplier.
* Excellent German and English skills (C1*).
* Willingness to travel (1–3 days/week within the DACH region).
