We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role demands expertise in event management, business development, and digital project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing decks, presentations, reports, project tracker sheets, project master documents, P&L statements, project budgets, and efficient communication with project stakeholders and designers.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
Create and manage project tracker sheets and master documents.
Handle onsite event management, including setup, execution, and post-event activities.
Develop business opportunities and drive project initiatives.
Prepare P&L statements and project budgets.
Ensure timely updates and storage of project-related documents.
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events and projects.
Proven track record with 2+ years of experience in project management, event management, business development, and digital project execution.
Proficiency in PM tools and software.
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
Valid working permit in Germany.
