Job Responsibilities:
1. Be familiar with the company's internal operating system, understand its operational logic, formulate ERP business planning solutions, and promote project implementation.
2. Be responsible for managing and coordinating ERP projects, controlling project costs and risks, and managing project progress (such as requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, and launch).
3. Promote and coordinate the implementation of daily operational maintenance during system operation.
4. Maintain close communication with China headquarters to continuously optimize the operating system of the Chinese and German companies and improve operational efficiency.
5. Facilitate communication and coordination between the Chinese and German operations.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or a related field; study experience in Germany is preferred.
2.Proficient in ERP system development.
3.Over two years of experience in ERP project implementation from scratch is preferred.
4.Proficient in using German, English, and Chinese as working languages, enabling smooth communication with international colleagues.
5.Clear logical thinking, meticulous work attitude, and strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
6.This position requires working in Germany and being open to business trips to China.
