Electronic Engineer Development and Qualification (m/w/d)
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of power electronic devices and components for use in the wind power sector and in EV charging technology.
Conceptual design, circuit development, component dimensioning of electronic circuits in the field of power electronics, embedded microcontroller systems.
Defining technical requirements, e.g. functional specifications and technical documentation for the assigned development tasks.
Analysing electronic requirements from specifications and standards.
Testing prototypes, carrying out tests and analysing test results.
Commissioning, verification and validation of power electronic circuits and components in the electronics laboratory.
Analysing test results and causes of failure and developing proposals for solutions
Support in analysing causes and identifying problems with existing devices.
Creating test specifications and test protocols for a smooth transition between development and series production
Support and planning of laboratory tests and certifications (e.g. EMC tests)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education and Qualifications Experience
Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, ideally specialising in power electronics, automation technology or control engineering
Knowledge in the field of drive technology
Your German language skills are at native speaker level and you also have a good command of English.
Experience in the development and testing of power electronic components and circuits
Knowledge of circuit design and simulation
Experience in the field of EMC
