Position Overview
As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of the hotel. You will act as host, entrepreneur and brand ambassador – ensuring outstanding guest experiences while driving financial performance and team development.
Responsibilities
* Full P&L responsibility and economic performance of the property
* Lead, inspire and develop all department heads and teams
* Ensure highest guest satisfaction and quality standards
* Oversee daily operations across all departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales, etc.)
* Develop and execute commercial strategies in collaboration with HQ
* Drive revenue management, budgeting and cost control
* Represent the hotel towards guests, partners and local stakeholders
* Support repositioning, renovation or brand development projects if required

Qualifications
* Several years of experience in a General Manager / Hotel Director role
* Strong commercial acumen and P&L management skills
* Leadership personality with hands‑on mentality
* Experience in branded and/or lifestyle hotel environments
* Structured, solution‑oriented and resilient mindset
* Fluent in German and English
* Passion for hospitality and building high‑performing teams
