* Title: HR Manager (m/f/d) Focus on Temporary Employment (ANU )

* Start Date: August 1, 2025
* Duration: Initially until July 31, 2026 (max. 24 months)
* Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
* Remote Work: Up to 60% possible (after onboarding)
* Security Clearance: No U 2 required, No NfD briefing necessary
* Languages: German (negotiation fluent), English (advanced)
* Salary Expectation:
o For entry-level candidates with relevant internships or initial relevant professional experience: A gross annual salary between 45,000 and 55,000 is realistic. This assumes limited professional experience, but the required foundation is present.
o For candidates with 2-5 years of relevant professional experience (especially in ANU, HR services, or recruiting technical profiles): A gross annual salary between 55,000 and 70,000 is realistic.
o For experienced HR Managers (5+ years) with comprehensive expertise in all mentioned areas, demonstrable success in process optimization, and a strong network in the ANU environment: The salary can range between 70,000 and 85,000 gross annually.

= Responsibilities
* Support for managers in the employment of temporary workers at all stages from recruitment to departure.
* Execution of all administrative process steps ensuring legal (AU G) and collective bargaining (TV LeiZ, IgZ, BAP) framework conditions.
* Contact management with temporary employment agencies and collaboration with interfaces.
* Review and processing of invoicing.
* Professionalization of the ANU process with the aim of increasing efficiency and optimizing costs.
* Collaboration on individual tasks of HR support for permanent employees.

= Requirements
* Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable education.
* Relevant professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR services and/or recruitment of technical positions.
* Pronounced customer & service orientation.
* Organizational skills and strong communication.
* Dedicated, team-oriented, yet independent working style.
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
* The position is suitable for career starters if they have relevant internships or similar experience.
