6. Processing user requests and incidents that are forwarded from the 1st level
7. Classifying faults and requests with subsequent resolution of the problems as part of 2nd level support
8. Recording and monitoring service tickets
9. Managing user support via remote solutions
10. Working closely with 3rd level support
11. Support with evaluation and project topics
12. Contributing to the creation of FAQs, documentation and manuals

13. Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
14. Sound knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Client hardware and software, Apple Mac, printers and Office applications
