In this key position, you will be actively involved in shaping the future of the German business. The role is extremely hands-on and requires leadership by example. Lead and manage the Internal and External audit processes
Ensure compliance with the Group Accounting Manual
Define and continually improve finance processes and advise on other business processes from a finance perspective
Support and drive the Group’s Planet Passionate sustainability program
Actively engage in the implementation of a new ERP system
Business management advice and support for management and departments
Own and lead daily finance operations, including AP, AR, cash management, payroll and local taxes
Participate in group-wide projects
Degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling
Long-term career path in the finance environment with increasing responsibility in a management function in a medium-sized manufacturing company or group with an international orientation
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in German and English is CRITICAL.
