We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Infrastructure Business Area Project Office division in Ratingen.
As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.

You will also be responsible for promoting and selling our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, providing technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
In addition, you will continuously monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies, and report your findings to management on a monthly basis.

We are looking for someone with experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. They should also be results-driven and proactive in identifying client needs, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
