Our client is a leading European Corporate & Investment Bank who are hiring an Associate for their Syndicated Finance team in Frankfurt.
Analyse corporate clients’ business models, capital structures, and financial strategies to support informed decision-making
Develop high-quality financing pitch books in collaboration with internal teams
Assist Loan Syndicate and Sales teams throughout the syndication process, including preparing information memoranda and managing investor Q&A
A strong academic background with an above-average degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related discipline
~3–4 years of experience in Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, or Debt Advisory within a corporate or investment banking environment
~ Solid understanding of banking and capital markets products, including M&A, ECM, and debt and equity capital markets
~ A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple product lines in an international environment
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
~ Fluency in German
