LOCATION: Suburb of Düsseldorf area, Germany (Home-office will be acceptable after the training)
Junior Sales Executive Key Accountabilities:
•Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts (Mainly OEM or Tier1 suppliers) in Germany and across Europe
•Develop new business opportunities in Germany and other EU countries through direct communication and industry networking
•Travel within Germany (mainly the central part) and other EU countries for client visits, meetings, and business development activities
•Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to generate new leads and build professional networks
•Prepare and manage client proposals, contracts, and related documentation
•Stay informed on market trends and gather competitive intelligence
Junior Sales Executive Ideal Candidate:
•Motivated to build a long-term sales career within the company
•Several years of sales experience are an advantage
•Must hold a valid driver’s license (or be willing to obtain one)
•Understanding of Japanese corporate culture and Japanese language skills are an advantage
•Possesses strong communication skills, collaborates effectively with others, and takes initiative to lead
•Fluency in German and English language (spoken and written)
