Role Overview
We are seeking Domino Administrators to join our dynamic team of professionals responsible for the analysis, implementation, and maintenance of HCL Domino servers. This role demands quick learning, collaboration with multiple technical and business teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve client tickets through detailed analysis, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
* Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design optimal solutions.
* Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of HCL Domino architecture and associated components.
* Deploy, test, and maintain Domino servers, ensuring seamless operations.
* Document support processes and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of ITSM tools and processes.
* Hands-on experience with HCL Domino and related products.
* Proficiency in Domino Administration, including installation, deployment, troubleshooting, and integration with databases, LDAP, and backend services.
* Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
* Good understanding of networking, security, and SMTP messaging concepts.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Language proficiency: English and German.
Desired Skills
* Educational background in Computer Science or equivalent.
* ITIL Foundation Certification (recommended).
* Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
