KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Transformers Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day Join our dynamic global service organization as a Sales Excellence Professional, where you’ll drive the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and team capabilities. You’ll collaborate across regions and functions to optimize CRM, enhance sales performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your work will empower sales teams with actionable insights, best practices, and innovative solutions to achieve ambitious business goals.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for distribution transformer solutions in the industrial segment.
2. Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Semiconductor, and other process industries, including continuous monitoring of industry trends such as energy efficiency, grid integration, and sustainability.
3. Management, expansion, and strategic planning of key account relationships, ensuring long-term growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
4. Cross-functional coordination and collaboration with offer management, project management, and after-sales teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
5. Technical communication and advisory support, including explanation of technical specifications and advantages, support for technical discussions, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
6. Maintenance of accurate sales forecasts and CRM pipeline visibility combined with achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
What You Bring
7. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, or related discipline
8. Extensive B2B sales and account management experience in power distribution or industrial sector, including knowledge of distribution transformers, power systems, and industrial infrastructures in key process industries
9. Proven success in strategic account management and delivery of technical solutions
10. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with ability for clear explanation of complex technical information
11. Customer-centric approach with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
12. Proficiency in CRM tools (including Salesforce) and English, with additional language skills considered advantageous
