This role offers the best of both worlds: the camaraderie of a modern, on-site office in Qormi, Malta, for two days a week, and the flexibility of working from home for the remaining three days.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our customer support team, your main goal is to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing top-tier service and support.
* Email & Chat Support: You'll handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from product details and order status to shipping, returns, and account management.
* Issue Resolution: You'll investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently and with a high degree of empathy, always focusing on finding proactive solutions.
* Product Expertise: You'll gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of our e-commerce client's products, services, policies, and promotions.
* Brand Advocacy: You'll act as a brand champion, ensuring every customer interaction builds a positive brand image and earns customer trust.
* Data Entry & Feedback: You'll accurately log all customer interactions in our CRM system and provide feedback to help enhance the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
What We Need from You

* Language Skills: Fluent/native proficiency in German (C2-level equivalent) is essential for communicating effectively with our clients. At least a B2-level proficiency in English is required for internal communication and training.
* Soft Skills & Attitude: You should have excellent written communication skills, a strong "customer-first" mindset, and be empathetic, patient, and positive.
* Tech-Savvy: You should be a quick learner who can easily navigate new software and CRM systems.
* Experience: Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a similar role is a plus, but not a must. We welcome candidates who are new to the field but possess the right skills and enthusiasm.
