Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

In our Operations team you will help us improve the collaboration and service reliability with our partners to make EV charging a great experience for our customers, with a focus on our RFID card fulfillment process:
Make an Impact by:
* Own the RFID card fulfillment process for our B2C and B2B brands and steer our external RFID card fulfillment partner from card production to distribution in more than 30 markets
* Steer the launching of RFID cards for new customers and setup the fulfillment processes in all international markets
* Monitor the process performance, continuously review it, and challenge its KPIs with our data analysts to ensure process excellence
* Optimize and seek for a continuous improvement by e.g., the further automation of the setup and development of self-service functionalities
* Manage RFID card procurement requests and properly plan and track the inventory management for all brands and markets
* Bring the RFID product portfolio to the next level in dialogue with representatives from various business areas (internal and external) – especially Key Account and Product Management – and jointly develop new RFID products
Your profile
* Degree in business administration, business or industrial engineering, IT, management, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in operations management; first professional experience in fulfillment partner management is a plus
* Analytical mindset, structured working style and process excellence-driven
* Fast learner person, accurate and have an eye for attention to detail
* Comfortable working within a high-paced environment and getting hands-on to get projects to move forward.
* Solid interpersonal and inter-cultural skill set with the ability to collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders
* You are professional in German (C2 level) and English
* Profound IT Tools knowledge with Jira, Confluence and skills MS Office are a plus
