Field of activity
Our team is responsible for the planning, implementation and programming of various data exchange processes within the pension insurance company and with external communication partners in the national environment. In addition to version management in repositories, our repertoire also includes static code analysis for regular quality assurance using the latest tools.
Your tasks
* Leading a team both in terms of personnel and expertise, including team leadership in terms of team and employee development, as well as occupational health management
* Actively designing and managing the assigned tasks with a high service standard with regard to the requirements of the department
* Contributing to the implementation and follow-up of change processes and supporting the team in the transformation to agile working methods
* Representing the team in DRV-internal and cross-departmental IT projects and working groups
* Supporting the team in developing, implementing and customizing data exchange procedures
Your profile
* A university degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in IT or an equivalent qualification, e.g. based on an IT-specific qualification or completed vocational training in IT
* Several years of task-relevant professional experience in IT
* Knowledge of the programming languages, development tools and relational databases (Java or COBOL) required in the area of responsibility
* Initial experience in the technical management of teams or project groups as well as in coordinating and controlling work processes and monitoring work results
* Initial experience in agile working methods
* Practical experience in an object-oriented programming language is desirable
* Ideally, you already have methodical knowledge in personnel development and personnel management
* An analytical way of working, strong communication skills and a solution- and process-oriented approach round off your profile
