Your Impact Own Core Integrations Take full ownership of our bi-directional synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core backend systems — one of the most critical technical components in our sales infrastructure. Build & Refactor with Purpose Improve and modernise our existing Salesforce codebase Develop new features from scratch Ensure long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability Drive Sales Excellence Work closely on Sales Cloud implementations Continuously optimise sales processes and automation Partner with Sales and Operations to translate business needs into robust technical solutions Design Scalable Architectures Build integrations with backend systems and third-party services Work with event-driven architectures Ensure clean API communication and reliable data flows Contribute Beyond Code Help evolve internal processes and structures Implement best practices in Salesforce development Support administrative tasks where necessary (profiles, permissions, flows, configurations) What You Bring 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in Sales Cloud Deep understanding of backend integrations and distributed systems Experience with event-driven architectures Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SQL Solid front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus) Comfortable working across both development and admin topics Salesforce certifications are a plus Fluent in English (German is a plus) Why Join CarOnSale?
