My client is an international law firm, well established in Luxembourg, bringing together more than a hundred professionals locally and operating within a global network. The Investment Funds team, composed of around

25 to 30 lawyers , plays a central role within the firm and continues to grow steadily year after year.

As part of this growth, the firm is now looking to recruit a

Mid Level Associate Funds (3–6 years of experience) , with solid exposure to

AIF structures and experience with UCITS , which represents a key area of development for the team.

Your Responsibilities

Funds – Legal – Lawyer – Law – Avocat – UCITS – AIF

You will advise clients on the structuring and ongoing management of investment funds, with a particular focus on

UCITS, while maintaining exposure to AIF

structures.
You will draft and review legal documentation related to fund formation and lifecycle management.
You will be involved in assisting clients to navigate Luxembourg and European frameworks.
You will work closely with colleagues across departments and international offices, contributing to cross-border projects.
You will progressively develop direct client contact and take ownership of your files.

Profile and Career Path

You have between

3 and 6 years of experience

as an Investment Fund Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
You have a solid background in

AIF

and a first (or strong) exposure to

UCITS , which will be a key differentiating factor.
You are fluent in

English. You also speak either French or German , allowing you to evolve in an international environment.
You are proactive, curious and comfortable in a law firm where initiative is valued.
You are looking for a firm where you can build a long-term career with clear progression steps.
