Represent the brands voice warm, capable, and human
Who You Are:
Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
You've got a calm, clear communication style and a natural sense of service
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a bonus but personality matters more
Comfortable navigating digital tools, travel systems, or booking platforms
Able to stay solution-oriented and professional under pressure
