Job Overview
The role of the HRIS and Portfolio Coordinator involves overseeing and operating the day-to-day activities of our Human Resource Information Systems. This includes ensuring compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR.
* Manage user incidents and change requests related to HRIS systems and their interface with third-party systems.
* Support HR teams in digitalizing their processes.
* Maintain user permissions within HRIS systems.
* Carry out a technological watch in the field of HRIS.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, driving the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the system.
* Perform system upgrades and provide training and technical support.
* Oversee all projects within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
This position requires a strong understanding of IT systems and a keen eye for detail.
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.
* Proficient with IT tools and systems.
* Fluent in multiple languages including English, French, German, and Luxembourgish.
