Are you passionate about logistics, optimization, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes? At Peak Performance, we’re looking for a proactive and analytical Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us deliver excellence across our supply chain.
What you will be doing:
As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our internal teams and external logistics partners. Your mission: ensure our finished products are delivered on time, every time—efficiently and cost-effectively.
You will:
* Monitor and optimize product flows, costs, and distribution tools
* Maintain accurate stock balances and oversee claims management
* Analyze logistics performance and propose improvements
* Collaborate with IT and logistics providers to resolve issues and harmonize processes
* Support new logistics and transportation projects
* Drive KPI tracking and reporting across the supply chain
* Act as the go-to person for communication between supply chain, customer service, IT, and logistics partners
What you need to succeed:
* 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (we also welcome applications from motivated graduates)
* Fluency in English – this is essential for daily communication and collaboration across teams
* Educational background in transportation, warehouse operations, or logistics is a strong plus
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Basic understanding of transport and logistics; SAP knowledge is a plus
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive change
