Executive Specialist Trade Compliance Processes (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In our Supply Chain Excellence team, you promote a digitalization and innovation-driven culture in the department and sustain awareness about quality and efficiency impact of AI and automation to ensure the successful development and maintenance of high-quality digital products.
* As a key responsibility, you design and implement IT solutions that ensure compliance with foreign trade regulations across the BASF Group.
* You optimize trade compliance processes, driving continuous improvement through innovative information systems tools.
* You lead change management efforts, by coordinating requests from trade compliance operations and various business units regarding foreign trade topics.
* Additionally, you support mergers and acquisitions as well as blueprint initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of trade compliance processes into BASF's IT systems.
* By engaging with business expert communities, you foster global collaboration, driving knowledge transfer and aligning regional operations with global standards.
* You are accountable for designing functional concepts that identify frameworks and tools to effectively support the implementation of business requirements.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* degree in business administration, foreign trade or IT
* at least three years of professional experience in foreign trade
* profound knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP GTS
* strong communication skills in English, German is a plus

* Gross annual salary (full-time): 65.000 € - 69.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience
