Your tasks
10. You will identify, analyze and prepare data in the purchasing area to enable better decision-making and planning in purchasing.
11. You will develop automated data processes and algorithms to optimize our data-driven purchasing structure.
12. You will analyze the data to identify trends and patterns in the purchasing area and derive recommendations. This enables decision-making reliability and early detection of anomalies in direct & indirect purchasing/quality management parts.
13. Together with the stakeholders of the control units in direct and indirect purchasing as well as the product lines and corporate quality units, you will develop implementation requirements derived from the product vision.
14. You will work in an agile team with the product owner and IT partners to develop feasible user stories and ensure that the product backlog is implemented in a secure, priority-driven manner. As part of your role, you will develop user-oriented, self-explanatory user interfaces based on data analytics methodologies, consolidate information and design user-oriented, self-explanatory user interfaces that can be used interactively in day-to-day commodity work as well as live by management committees.
15. Together with the Agile Master and the feature teams, you will design the user stories and acceptance tests and accompany their implementation until the promised delivery of the functions.
Your profile
16. Degree in computer science, computer engineering, business informatics, business intelligence, data science, mechanical engineering, mathematics or a comparable course of study, as well as relevant practical experience.
17. Professional experience in digitization and implementation of digital solutions and tools.
18. We require experience in operational development projects/purchasing projects as well as in the areas of process and project management.
19. Knowledge and experience of our target groups Purchasing direct/indirect, Quality Management Parts or Cost Analysis as well as cross-departmental in the company processes ItO (Idea to Offer) and OtD (Order to Delivery).
20. Sound knowledge of automotive development and industrialization processes in order to identify process gaps and serve them with sustainable solutions.
21. Experience with specific tools including Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau, Palantir, SAC. Experience with SQL, Python or R.
22. Experience with agile working methods and collaboration tools, e.g. Confluence, Jira.
23. Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
