Developing and executing tailored FM sourcing strategies across key client accounts—covering everything from maintenance and cleaning to energy and security
Engaging with senior client stakeholders in Life Sciences environments, ensuring procurement aligns with industry-specific compliance and operational requirements
Leading supplier performance management and building strategic vendor relationships across the FM supply chain
Providing regular reporting on sourcing performance, KPIs, and project milestones to both internal and external stakeholders
Supporting supplier onboarding, qualification, and framework agreements within regulated procurement procedures
Proven years of experience in Facilities Management procurement (hard & soft services), preferably within the Life Sciences or Pharma industries
Strong working knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) models
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to solving procurement challenges
