Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives defined by the GEA Farm Technologies Division Board, from conception to implementation, including responsibility for timelines, costs, and project goals
2. Drive cross-functional projects for topics in areas such as route to market, supply chain, production, digitalization, and sustainability
3. Collaborate closely with departments including Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technologies & Innovation, Digital Services & Solutions and Human Resources, working with interdisciplinary teams of local, regional, and global stakeholders
4. Act as a trusted advisor to the GEA Farm Technologies Division Board, providing insights and recommendations on strategic priorities
Your Profile / Qualifications
5. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
6. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting or in a comparable industrial environment with strong strategic focus
7. Proven track record in managing complex international projects in a technical and fast-paced environment
8. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (German is a plus)
9. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and influence in a dynamic, multifaceted setting
10. High affinity for technical processes and digital solutions
11. Willingness to travel internationally
