Responsibilities
1. Develop structured project plans, monitor progress, and address emerging issues with timely corrective actions
2. Oversee financial aspects of the project, ensuring responsible budget management and cost control
3. Ensure the project meets its defined objectives, including scope, quality, timelines, and expected outcomes
4. Maintain strategic alignment and overall coherence of the project
5. Provide expert input to guide the design and purpose of key project deliverables
6. Establish transparent communication channels with all stakeholders to support collaboration and clarity
7. Identify and manage dependencies with other projects, working closely with fellow project managers
8. Perform risk assessments and prepare mitigation measures to protect project success
9. Deliver regular, clear, and proactive status updates to stakeholders and sponsors
10. Ensure compliance with internal project governance standards and methodologies
Profile
11. Hands-on experience leading complex IT projects from start to finish, demonstrating strong independence and ownership
12. Solid understanding of modern project management methodologies, supported by relevant certifications
13. Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
14. Confident leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, support, and motivate cross-functional teams
15. Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating contributions from diverse partners
16. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
17. Effective negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
18. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
19. Familiarity with major enterprise platforms and business systems is considered advantageous
