Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a newly formed team working on both network module development and electronics production support.
* Define and communicate a clear team vision aligned with company goals; inspire innovation and collaboration.
* Oversee hardware and firmware development for network modules, ensuring top performance and quality.
* Closely collaborate with the New Product Development Team to integrate emerging technologies.
* Drive robust quality assurance and testing processes for reliable product outcomes.
* Lead the industrialization process from ramp-up to full-scale production.
* Manage interfaces with EMS providers, ensuring seamless manufacturing workflows.
* Oversee product lifecycle management to maintain and improve product efficiency and reliability.
* Act as a key liaison between your team, production departments, and senior management.
Requirements include a Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in electronics development, especially in network module design (hardware & firmware), and proven leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams.
A strong track record in vision-driven team leadership and innovation delivery is essential, as well as an excellent understanding of quality assurance and testing methodologies. Experience working with EMS providers and managing product lifecycle processes is also required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
The ability to fluently speak German and English is necessary to work effectively in an international environment.
