We are looking for a crew coordinator to work with an international marine crew!

Main Functions:
* Organizing all necessary travel-related arrangements for personnel including visas;
* Maintaining contact with L&D colleagues regarding the compliance of planned personnel;
* Informing individual crew members on their travel schedules and appointed Vessel / Project;
* Ensuring proper personnel planning within the framework planning;
* Updating the Crew Management System with relevant data;
* Being a member of the emergency phone team for urgent crew-related issues outside office hours.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of relevant industry experience;
* HBO degree in Personnel Management or equivalent;
* Prepared to and able to work outside of traditional hours ;
* Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
* Valid EU work permit a must
