RFIC Physical Design Intern/Werkstudent:in/MS Thesis (m/f/d)
Munich, Germany
This is a full-time Intern position with a duration of approximately six months and corresponding remuneration. Alternative part time models may be possible, completion of a BS or MS Thesis in the framework of the internship can be supported.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
7. Layout of RF and microwave integrated circuits for the mobile communications market
8. Top Level and/or block level layout designs including circuit and layout verification checks (LVS, DRC)
9. Tape out process, data documentation and archiving, interface with design engineering
10. Documentation and presentation of results
QUALIFICATIONS:
11. Currently enrolled in B.Sc. or M.Sc. university program for Electrical Engineering
12. Focus on microwave technology and/or semiconductor devices
13. Basic knowledge of semiconductor process technologies like CMOS, SOI, SiGe, GaAs
14. Initial experience with CAD layout tools like Cadence and/or ADS
15. Very good English language skills, German language is a plus
